Nooooo! Wait, still have ol' Bald to play on. C'mon snow.
If I hit it just right, I might make it.

The question we have to ask is why are the trails closed?  There is very little snow, conditions are good, and the weather has been perfect.  It botheres me thet the trails are closed for no apparent reason.

Yes, Dusy or even Swamp would be awesome.  I wonder if there is any chance of changing the mismanagement plan for these trails.

the trails are closed every year, in preperation for the winter snow, we just havent had any big snow fall yet this year, they are not gonna close/open/close based on the weather. would be cool if they did though. but I read that this should be the last snow free weekend....

They should.  Its what we pay them for.  They open them based on conditions.  Why not use conditions to guage closures.

Anyone think the trails will open early this year? I got my rig going and have a really bad itch to take it out.

They usually open them a trail at a time as they are checked and cleared of any fallen trees and damage.

Dusy is usually the last but we've been there in June/July and all but Dusy was open and it opened while we were there.
