I thought infectious was only in bakersfield?  Last time I went to the "meeting" at chuy's on rosedale it was all jk's and tj's.  Is there more of a variety now?

The people that show up on a regular basis are mostly YJ's, TJ's and JK's, but we have members that drive Toyota's, old Suburban's and for a while an H2 (though he sold it and bought a Jeep). All vehicles are welcome we are just out to meet fellow off-roaders and have a good time no matter what you drive.

Originally it was only in Bakersfield but I moved to the Channel Islands harbor and now a chapter is forming out here.

I was working in Ventura and our hotel was in Oxnard for 8 months. I did not see one halfway build rig the whole time. I'm from Bakersfield but thats 1-1/2 to 2 hours away from Ventura. I'll be back working in ventura again in September but idk of anywhere to wheel in the Ventura area

You are more than welcome to our meeting even if your rig isn't running. Just come and say hi!

There's a TLCA chapter in Oxnard. Try contacting them through this link http://forum.ih8mud.com/ca-gold-coast-cruisers/ or if you want to drive out to LA, my old club http://forum.ih8mud.com/ca-l-county-trailcrew/
