Can you ditch the body lift?  If so it will help on the trails.  I had a 3" on my last Tacoma and it made it feel very unstable being that high.  Definately move the rear shackle hanger forward and maybe shorten the shackle to loose some of the height.  Can you move the front shackle tub forward at all?  It will help it flex better and also lower it, along with shorten the shackle.

Fab work looks great.  I have a similar truss on my front axle and plan to hook hydro up to it as well.

Josh, the rear axle shackle can come forward OR run a tube through the frame lake the front shackle on the 79-85 trucks

that would give you more flex, longer shackle and much lower stance.

yeah definately going to tweak on it... i imagine i will trim some finders take off body lift and get it flexing like it should.... but for now going to run it too tall and way slow....

crossmember looks good.

When I did my swap orignally, I build a crossmember similar to yours and it had horrible vibrations. By using the poly t-case mounts, you can hard mount the X-member to the frame and It takes the excess play out of the whole unit. I hard mounted mine when i put my duals in, no more vibrations. :twocents:
