Axial SCX10 Honcho Scale RC crawler
« on: Dec 05, 2010, 12:17:02 PM »
Looking to get an XR10 so I snagged all the electronics out of the Honcho and will use them on the new rig. Here is what you'll get with the Honcho

Axial Honcho kit assembled with original manual
Bag of spare parts (light buckets, spare driveshafts etc)
Including an extra Honcho body that's a little beat up but still usable
Upgraded 3/8" delrin upper and lower links with Traxxas rod ends
Wheelbase extended to 12.5" (rear links were made longer, fronts are the stock length)
Summit 2 speed transmission
"jason" Summit transmission mount ( http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=228494 )
Spektrum servo to control the High and Low on the transmission
Traxxas T-maxx driveshafts with spares
Aluminum steering knuckles
Custom made aluminum boat sides and battery tray
Custom made stainless steel tube front bumper (stock bumper pictured)
2.2 Proline TSL Swampers (practically new, 2 runs)
2.2 J Concepts Tense beadlocks with center caps
1.9 Rok Lok spare on 1.9 Axial beadlock

The truck has been wheeled a bit so the body is in decent shape, axles are scratched up, skid plates are scratched up but it was meant to be used and abused! Here is the latest video I have of the truck, so you know it works This was shot a few days ago...the reason the transmission wasn't shifting was it doesn't like to shift into gear if there is a load on it. Shifts just fine on flat ground, you can even do low -> high shifts without letting off the throttle.

What you will need to get the truck running: Radio, speed control, servo for steering, battery

I would like to get $300 plus shipping for the truck but please make me an offer, all reasonable offers will be considered! It's located in Dublin CA if you live close Just a hop skip and a jump to Hobbytown in Concord! Please contact me here or email me at reynoldsbrian7@gmail.com with any questions
