I like the old school roll bar! They always look good on the first gens.  What size tires are you running?

Looks nice!  Is that a self built front bumper?  I'm a sucker for plate bumpers, especially old school looking ones.  Do you have anymore pics of it?  Thanks!   :beerchug:

Thanks for the compliments.
Here's a link to my build with many more pics of all.http://www.yotatech.com/f114/new-bumper-build-turn-signal-relocate-203043/
Tires are 36-13.50x15 IROK's.
A340F, why? Cause that's what came from the salvage yard when I ask for a 22r auto. Nothing scientific just dumb luck. :dunno:
Yeah I built front and rear plate bumpers, sliders and the retro roll bar, I'm old, it reminds me of my glory days.
The areo advantage of the hood visor (Bug sheild?) is that it creates greater down force to keep the truck from getting loose from the center out in the corners.

Been busy but have done a little, gutted the interior for a redesign. Covered the hole in the floor with 1/8" plate and mounted the floor shifter to it for a good solid base. Just picked up a set of high clearance glass fenders cheap, they actually cover the 36's. Summers half over and I still have tons to do before the snow flies, can't wait.

I was looking at my list at the beginning of this thread, most of the stuff is done or in process. The half doors are still sitting in the corner, get to them in the spring maybe. :shake: ::) Dual cases, with Marlin MC07R10 and V6 adapter to connect to the A340F are together and bolted up,  :clap2: and I'm working on transmission crossmember/skidplate as well as rebuilding the hole I cut in the floor to tuck stuff up a little. Still tons to do and the snow is coming, I can feel it in the air. Boogity-boogity-boogity let's go snow wheelin boys!

Also some more pics of the cargo rack. Still have to build the chainsaw mount, I have an old one that was on my bike from when we used to clean trails. I'll build one similiar to it, mostly because I know it works well. I plan on covering it all with a tube steel framed sheet metal lockable cover. Kinda like having a trunk huh!

Still seems like I've got too much to do to get everything done by my deadline of Oct. 31.
So this weekend I got a good start on building a new crossmember/skid plate for the dual cases, also spent time getting the triple sticks  brackets refined and making enough room for them since I wanted the t-case to sit as high as possible within reason.
Crossmember phase 1 on the bench, still plan on adding a plate arm from skid plate to bolt to brackets on the frame to help support the second t-case.

Pics of before and after the skid plate set in position.

Some pics of the triples and the gigatious hole in the floor.

Well of course I am, will do that next then add the extra arms/braces to the frame and some more plating to protect the drop box.

That's a stylin' crossmember you got there Rory.  Looks like you're getting it done, made some progress on my truck today and I realized I'm going to be snow wheeling this year. :talkingn:  I tore my junk down in Oct of last year and it's been down ever since.

How dirty was that t case inside?  It was a grimy bastid when you picked it up. :gap:

Worked on getting the t-case crossmember/skid plate done. Here's the pics. It's mostly done, I just need to add one more plate to protect the drop of the t-case.

Pulled the box off to do some finish welding on gussets for the rear bumper and the 63" spring swap brackets.

Also had the pleasure of having my granddaughter helping me. A pickup box works great for a playpen, just like it did for her dad at the same age.

Been doing a few things here and there all summer, today I had some free time and finished getting my GPS mounted in the dash. I have an external antennae for it so I can have it in the dash. Also a pic of the cockpit.

Then I got this sign as a present from my daughter:
