And she has some cancer, rust.
Got a call from Marc, he offered me a 87 Body, rustfree from CA.
He bought it while a US trip, Rubicon,Marlin's.........I took her. The Hilux on Volvoportals with 5VZ and charger belongs to him.

"Eurotrail" 2009 in Germany gave us the opportunity to pic her up. I got also another 87 4Runner frame from Switzerland and a set 60 Landcruiser axles, semifloat. It was a  hot summer, and we had a lot of fun picking all the things all across Germany on ouer way to the Championship. The success there was questionable, we drove home with a rolled car.

A nice fu.... cold Saturday gave me the reason to start something. I marked all unnecessary areas orange, to motivate myself by seeing them disappear, and cut them of. I leave only the frontpeace rearhanger, needed them to have some alignmentpoints. It is very nice to have a lift.

I played little bit with the leafs i found, the problem: i didn't found the frontsprings witch are marked with 33, also not the one witch are marked with 35 :rivers: after some :phone: i decide to go with leafs 37 marked leafs. Not really happy about that, but the red 4Runner, which has obviously the same sits in the moment lower then my IFS Runner.

I don't like Bodylifts and wheelspacer, a Hilux Solid frontend has WMS 55,5", a LC 60 has 58,5"-like a IFS. And a 9,5" Ring. The Pinon is also little more beef.
The Offset is visible :)

.....this little peace helped me a lot, and a good holesaw.
The innerstructure of the frame was hard to cut, and after to get out.

Rear was easy, only widen the holes in the spring hanger, cool kit.

Next step is a pain if you are alone-put the wheels on axles, while they rest on jackstands. Leafs was easy, used some perches (Suzuki) out of the shelf. Perches( i shoud not call them perches since the LC has spring under axles)in front are the original ones-needed only to widen the hole a little.
Result :)

The guy which sold me the frame needed obviously the rear shackle hanger

The frame was 79 cm, i started 12.30 pm, finish 03.45 am. Tired,concerned(...79) but happy.

How did you do the front spring perches with using the FJ60/62 front axle?  I will be using the same axle in my 4 Runner.

@jtaco1
I just drilled holes in the center of the "upper"perches. They line up not 100% exact, their is a differenz about 5 mm. I pressed the leafs a little bit. That was good enough for me in this moment. I will get you tomorrow some better pics, have them at work. "Cut and turn" is needed, depending on your situation.

Some more.
After some sleep and minor cleaning.
Have to call me girlfriend, for some unexpected reason the lift stoped working.
The plan was to move the Roller out, move the body (which was sitting on my trailer) in, lift the body, trailer out, Roller in.........and done. And spending the rest of the day with my girlfriend in the snow, boarding.
We ended up with a egyptian job
The first crappy  pic shows how she sits befor the body. And sorry for some bad pics.
