In street photography for some reason I only see in black and white. I found the photo confusing at first, trying to decide if the art was the subject or if the person was the subject. Here is what I saw.

I am just baffled on how you even get a picture like that first one?? Filter and a lot of editing?? Could you show us what the original looked like?

No filter, it is 5 shots with different exposures combined in to one. Don't have the original on me, but it looked like a normal sunset pic.

Wow so you copy the picture 5 times and change the exposure and then layer them all?

Yes, the software I use corrects for motion, such as waves, trees, cars

Oh damn.. Sounds like some damn nice software!! What would you recommend for software? Right now I have Corel Paint shop Pro X for a my photo editor and RawShooter essentials 2006 for my raw editor..

I can't really recommend anything except what I use (which is all low end)
I've got the Canon software for raw, photoshop 7, and Photomatix

Yup, pulled those numbers off the photo properties. The back set of flowers was fairly far back, maybe about 2 ft.
