i could be wrong, but i shoot everything in RAW, and then change it to black and white with a B&W adjustment layer in PS. This allows for independent adjustment of each color to its respective shade of grey. Theres a bunch of different ways to do it, but i would stay away from just desaturating it...this tends to flatten everything out and destroy contrast.
I just point and click
That last photo is sick minisimp.
Both are Badass photos!! However I'm not sur what to make of the black squiggly mess under The Golden Gate..
Pelican in flight, slow shutter speed turned it in to a blur. I actually didn't even notice it when I was shooting. Oops
gorgeous photo of the golden gate. i love that the tips of it are hiding in the fog.
i'm lost, again. an overexposed shot of the golden....and?
Ooooooohhhhh. haha As in had you checked that prior you'd have known to leave a little later so you could shoot it in the sunny weather? lolWell I like the fog. I'm glad you shot it when you did.
So do I, but I've also been there where I was 100' from the bridge and couldn't see it through the fog. That sucked.
