New Exo
« on: Jul 22, 2009, 04:49:32 PM »
Just got my exo done. We went off of already existing sliders and front bumper. Some one gave me the bed cage so we used it too. Fabbed up a rear bumper as well.  I think it turned out pretty sweet.

Funny you say that. That was my favorite part too. It was a screw up from another part of the cage that we ended up using there. That was half the fun of building this thing. I was on a budget so we had to use up the screw ups. We pretty much threw the game plan out the window after the first bend!

I had never bent any tube but, a buddy of mine has done 3 or 4 cages. He did all the fabing. I just held stuff in place and just gave the go ahead.

We used 1.5" tube. I don't know what brand of bender my buddy has. I know it was a fairly high-end one. I think we used about 5 sticks including the rear bumper.

Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:
