I would recommend having a product offering (didn't see this in the web store) of having the crawlbox without input gears.

The idea being that some people would be upgrading existing transfercase to 4.7 gears at same time.

They could then take the existing 2.28 gears from their transfer and install into the new crawlbox.

The customer can then get all the parts they don't have from you, rather than search for a transfer case and buying your dual case kit.

(no real hurry, as I'm currently just about broke and can't afford any new toys    Sad   )

Sounds like a smart idea to me.

On the other side of the fence, you could buy a built 4.7 case and then just the adapter.   Then install the adapter to your existing stock geared case?

Ive got a 23 spline 4.7 xd in my case right now. I also already have my MC07 adapter. So ive got my stock 23 spline 2.28 gears (turbo tranny and case) as well. So the next step would be to get a case, top shift kit (its almost easier than finding a top shift case), and twin stick.

If marlin had a gearless top shift case id definitly be in for one.
