Front range off-road fab.
« on: Apr 15, 2009, 05:10:09 PM »
Has anyone bought from Front Range? Experience? Shipping time?

I bought a proportioning valve and brake line over a week ago and it is still in processing...  :dunno:

I have never had a problem with Brian.

They are slow sometimes but worth it. Like  stated earlier i think he goes to a comps so is out of the shop then. My diamonds took 8 weeks which is what i was quoted. My r10 crossmember which was bought thru Marlin which took 2 weeks. And my hub studs took 4 days. But Brians a cool guy who is always willing to share his knowledge if you can catch him on the phone.

Brian is an awesome guy who has been in the Toyota Rock Crawling business since the beginning!

Thanks for supporting the vendors like Front Range Offroad who helped get this hobby into the mainstream spotlight through original and innovative products and designs!!

Support the origins of Toyota Rock Crawling -- without companies like FROR, All Pro, Budbuilt, Marlin Crawler, and others, NONE OF THIS would exist!!

Front Range Off Road invented the Twin Stick as well as their kick-butt crossmember design! :usa:

Brian is a really cool guy  :beerchug: . I wouldn't worry about the sitch  :therethere: . Moab Easter Jeep Safari was this past week , it's a possibility he went out there and is just now trying to get back on track . If the order still hasn't been processed  , it's a possibility the part isn't in stock . I would be thankful it wasn't processed right away . I appreciate you supporting the vendors as well , but in the future , do everyone a favor and call the company first . Starting a thread on a public board before calling sometimes creates bad press for the company  . Good luck , and I hope you get your parts soon  ;)

Mine never did say that it "shipped", it always said "processing" and then showed up. I've bought several things from FROR and have never had a problem.
Time to go wheelin!

Hey now, I'm not trying to rill the waters. This was just a feeler for Front Range Fabrication and I am happy with the feed back, they sound very professional. Their website states, "Due to an extremely high call volume currently, we encourage emails...." So I did. It's been a few days and I haven't heard back so I was curious about the company. My worries have been laid to rest with your responses. Thank you.

I just got an e-mail from Brian, he said the online system was not updated but that my parts had shipped. Maybe the same goes for you  :dunno:
