I shopped around trying to piece together an EFI swap but I was lucky to find a guy who very carefully removed everything from a donor truck.  I think it is better/cheaper to have the whole donor truck then pitch whats left over rather than doing the "I think I need this and that or is it just this" thing.  What ever way you go there are lots of threads on the swap and plenty of help here.

I bought an 85 4Runner with a salvage title and a blown 22RE.  I took out the fuel tank, fuel lines, dash and engine wiring harness, intake manifold, air box, intake piping, ECU, head, exhaust manifold, valve cover.

The swap was quite worth it in terms of rockcrawling and off-camber driving.
