   Cut front spring shackle holes with jig 1/2" forward
   Weld front spring shackle tubes
   Install new front spring shackles 5.5" eye to eye
   Install new bushings in front shackle tubes
   Install new bushings in front springs
   Build "Rears-up-front" spring pack
   Install "Rears-up-front" spring pack in front

Front Differential   
   Buy Aussie Locker from Offroadlockers.com
   Remove front 3rd member
   Install Aussie Locker in Front 3rd Member
   Set backlash in Front 3rd Member

Front Axle   
   Buy 1.5" spacers from Marlin Crawler
   Buy 8" weld-on pipe cap
   Buy brake pads

   Weld box rear frame
   Install hitch mount tube
   Install rear tow point

Rear Suspension   
   Buy rear spring bushings
   Find chevy springs
   Torch out old spring bushings
   Remove rear driveshaft
   Remove rear axle
   Remove rear springs
   Build rear shackle hanger
   Weld rear chevy shackle hanger
   Build rear spring hangers
   Weld rear chevy spring hangers
   Build rear shackles 5.5" eye to eye
   Install new bushings in rear springs
   Install chevy springs

man all you need to do to that thing is add a disco ball and some pink shag carpet and you will be ready to disco down.
