:headshake: all because of someone being careless and not paying attention. He had to be driving at a pretty good speed too, what is the speed limit there? Did they find a cell phone at the scene? :bat:

I just spoke to Randy, Ladonna's little brother and all x-rays came back fine there is no injures to her spine.  THey have removed the neck brace and she is able to move around a little.  As mentioned earlier she still hase some things to get through in the next couple of days.  I will be going over at lunch and will let the family and Ladonna know that all here are praying and send thier love.

:rivers:  I can't believe it!  I also met dean in person at MCR5 for the first time.  I had spoken to him on the phone several times, and was thrilled to have met him.  He was so proud of his 4runner, and was talking about his first child constantly.  You could sense the joy that surrounded him.

RIP Dean, you will be sorely missed, by your friends, co-workers, MCBB family, and most of all, your Family.

My prayers go out to all

Also, if there is anything we can do, let us know!!!

Please keep all post's on track.  We don't need details of the accident and don't feel they are appropriate at this time or any time.  We should be mourning the loss of a great person and friend.  We are all very saddened by this atrocity.

Thanks  CJ  :sad2:

I just saw this.  RIP Dean and my prayers go out to his family.  Dean was a great guy and we will miss him.  Has anyone thought about getting a fundraiser setup for the family.  I am sure it would help out.

She is stable, but she is having a problem with her heart racing, and having a problem with low blood pressure!

It was Dean that helped me get over my dad's passing, by taking me rock crawling to Coyote Lake.  To know that I will never get to see or wheel with Dean again makes me hurt very, very deeply!  I'm ten times more hurt by Dean's passing than I was when my dad passed on!  I don't think I can ever watch the video again that he took of me driving his truck.  Just to hear his voice on that tape will hurt too much!  My wife and I will be coming down for the services!

I would like to request that those that knew Dean, to please help LaDawna in the future!  They had 20 years together, and she will need help for a long time!  So, I only ask you because it's hard for my family to be there for her through the next year or so!  We live too far apart to go and help her when she needs it!

She is not allowed visiters because as posted ealier she is having trouble keeping her blood pressure down, but her mother is allowed to go in and see her every so often.  We here are doing our best to help them out by making sure some one is always there and food is being brought to the family, along with any other necessity(sp).  I past on the love that is being shown here last night with her brothers and mother, and after a nice little cry they would like to thank all for taking the time to remember dean in the way all the pictures have shown him.  THe big happy 4 wheeling, always eager to help, jokester, loving man.  I will do my best to keep every one here upto date with any new info.

Daniel Scott Tyler, the first born son of Travis "Dean" Tyler will be buried with his father.  Ladonna is doing well, they are still keeping an eye on here for internal bleeding, but once here blood count comes back up and they feel she has healed enough from the surgary they will allow her to go home.

I'm glad to hear she's doing better, and hope that her physical recovery isn't hampered by her emotional recovery.

No doubt!!!
It is such a bummer to lose cool people like Dean in just a blink of an eye. Prayers go out to his family and friends for sure.

It just confirms the need to have after-life insurance. You just never know when it's your turn.

I spoke with Dean a lot over the past couple years both at the shop and on the phone........one of the most helpful and gracious people I know....He is a friend to all and of course will be missed.  It's so shocking to hear about this. All my condolences to the family and to everyone at the shop....I know you guys are struggling right now but hang in there!  I'm so glad to hear Ladonna is ok.  I'd like to help in some way too!!

My very first memories of ordering with marlin are Dean's voice and seeing him in person when i went to pick up my first batch of parts. He was such a nice helpful guy and i cant believe this especially after just talking to him at mcr5. My best wishes to his family.

Angelo and I had these pictures of a Dusy run we did with Dean and Keith a few years ago, we wanted to share them with ya.

Dean was a wonderful person and will truly be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Ladonna.

Maybe we could get a deal going with marlin for her.  Perhaps a sticker saying something like "in loving memory of a fellow wheeler, and genuinly good person Travis "Dean" Tyler".  All the proceeds could go to a fund for Ladonna.  Dunno if it'd be too much work, but from the sounds of it many people would purchase them.

I met dean down at the marlin shop and whatever i can do i want to help. Always kind and knowledagable he will be missed, he was the face i saw most often when i walked in to marlins shop. Tons of stress in marlins and he was always calm for some reason (take notes) this was a shock to me and my girl who met dean last time at marlin, if anyone gets a donation or better yet a run set up for dean let us all know.
