Operation Junkerai

Well I traded my 80 Toyota for a 87 Samurai, some question why I'd do such a thing but here's the reason plain and simple. Other than some minor clean up and still having a bunch of parts to continue this build up it has this:

is that a crawler?

It is a Klune-V 4.1 underdrive, it is a planetary gear usually found in V-8's. It is very strong and almost indestructable in a 4 banger sammi.

Here's the custom rear axle, trussed out to the max. It currently has stock gears & axle shafts, Lockrites, rear diff armor, a huge truss, spoa and extended brake lines

The front axle is pretty much stock except for also being spoa, Ford Shock towers and a High Steer conversion.

Yeah I've started a thread in the rig gallery "A whole new world" and in the Suzuki section.

I guess my brother would be guilty of that truss.

Since my truck was used for R&D at Klune-V I have lots of pictures of their build up, they had it for about 8 mos. and the pictures in the install manual are of my truck.

By Sept. it will have much more done so it will photograph better sitting next to the Mammoth,  I've got a friend that deals in them a lot and owes me big. I just got done mocking up my skidplate I'll throw up some pictures in a few. I used some closeline hooks to hold it in place temporarorly until I make better mounts.
