i was thinking that it would be awsome if i could make the 7mge run on propane. i was looking at it and i dont think that there is that much electronics that would would be needed to make the 7m run just on propane. i am going to ask the guys at got propane if they could make it work. i was wondering if any of you gurus know if it could work or not. i have seen a 5m or 6m with three side drafts carbs on it and if i remember correctly those motors are fuel injected

i am just building new axle housings as we speak so i can run 42"s soon. the old front was not going to work. and the rear i am shaving armor plating and inboarding the springs so it will be a truck agin soon i have a 12 day vacation coming up so i will be busy as hell to get back the way it was but better.

He is inboarding the springs so he will probably just use the frenched hangers as a mount without installing them in the frame rails.
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough

thats what the wife keeps saying. i have been put on hold due to cold weather and caging the bmw from page one or two. i can get pics of that though. 2" chromealy is a pregnant dog to make a tight fitting cage out of. also has to be 100% tig welded.

its a bmw m5 and stock it comes with over 500 poines. its not mine i am doing it for a engineer at work. he actually just bought a new corvette Ls7 motor or somthing like that and he bought a new viper six speed to go behind that. he wants to be able to go over 200 mph

  So what new on the propane 7M, have you got hold of them? and whats the pro's on going to propane besides running on you side, EFI does that too, is it ligter? If i'm not mistaken doesn't rob HP too? seems like alot of people are going that route, and I know nothin about it!!

propane is 100 to 110 octane, burns cleaner, doesent leave carbon deposits. no fuel pump needed and if it will work it will eliminate most of the wireing which is a plus for me becuase i hate wiring. nothing on figureing it out i have been working on the bmw to much and have pics just working on it right now and i have to resise them so i can post them.

i talked to kerry at got propane to day and he said 100% positive it will work ok. the only thing i will have to figure out is how to make spark without the computer.

pic of my best friend tearing done hin new front housing.
got my rear diff built by zuk yestarday v6 housing with a spool, 5.29's and a solid pinion spacer.
also got my rear housing wore brushed and painted ordering a rear rebuild kit tomarrow to finish up

all right got some work done finally
trussed the front with marlin parts and still got to get diff armor.
also i bolted up the rear springs inboarded the same as the marlin formula toy.
