if i was interseted in buying would you drive to cali border? will it pass smog?
always remember a crowded elevator smells different to a midget.

"The end of democracy and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations."

Depending where exactly in Cali you are the Weber and header wouldn't pass smog either. They'd nab you for beadlocks on street also

Not sure on header, or which kind it is, but if it's a properly tuned weber dgav it should pass.  I set mine up how it's supposed to be to pass, and it was nearly undrivable!  Basically, if it runs well it won't pass cali smog!

I have been driving beadlocks for over a year. I have been pulled over a few times too... State police didn't even mention it. interesting about the weber though. I think you could just turn down the richness screw a little... just not so low you run enough combustion heat to get NOx up. since Hcs are what would fail, running a smaller jet could help too.
