I hope that you realize.....that with all these mods those 35's are going to look
How did I just now find this thread? Awesome Job Jim! Not afraid to wheel it! Hate to say it but my baby is still dent free This summer should change that im sure.Luke
Longs don't usually break with anything under a 40. I am running 38" TSL's with the old 27 spline longs and I haven't broken anything.I prefer to crawl but I'll rocket up something in a heartbeat.
Well any updates? Are you going to work on it this weekend?
You need to take a long trip out to the Hammers. Traction + really big rocks wreak havoc on drivetrains. 4DEES broke his 30 splines recently on 38.5 TSLs. A heavy/big tire will break Toyota components in the right conditions. It just so happens those conditions are 45 minutes away.
The Zukizzy team is competing in Donner this weekend in the freshly painted Jeep. 8) I am going on a family vacation for ten days starting Saturday. No updates for a while.
He just broke his hub gear. He finally tore it apart to look. I have been running 38's for over 2 years on my Longs and haven't broke them.
Cool I will have to keep my eyes peeled I am headed up tomorow.
, but I am waivering on going with 60s at the same time. :dunno:Very cool!
(Homer Simpson voice on) DANA 60's (Homers voice off)
I have a "source" now working on obtaining more than one set. Zukizzy needs a front 60 in a bad way.
Did that happen in Donner?
We will be back to work on it this Sunday. I was in NYC and Boston and Zukizzy competed at Donner so no time for the Runner.
lookin sick! any plans to dove the rear section in to meet your new lights?
But this is THE picture. I'm not much of an ass man, but this looks pretty good.
Your runner is badass! Oh and your old Sammi was pretty sweet too!
