I bought this 4Runner a few weeks ago to start a build up. I found one I can hit the trail with now and can't pass it up.
This is a stock Runner non SR5. It has tilt and power steering and that's pretty much it. It's rough but runs out pretty well. I bought it with a bad clutch and replaced it 2 weeks ago, it's not even broken in yet. This was used as a daily driver before the clutch went out and the last owner drove this thing all over Colorado. I've been driving it as a DD since I replaced the clutch. It has rust in the wheel wells that I was just going to cut out anyway. It's nothing great, but would make a decent DD or a nice foundation for a trail rig. He had done some maintenance, but I have no receipts, it has about 169K on the clock. I want $1500 for it.
TRADES
I would entertain trades but mostly just want ARB'd 5:29 thirds or dual cases. If you have something else (soft top, rear bumper, guns,
) I may be interested but I would like to get some cash for this Runner to pay for parts and purchasing the other Runner. FWIW the other runner currently has 5:29s, One is open one is lincoln locked. I'de be interested in trading back those diffs if you need them. Also I am getting 2 other lockers with the Runner one EZ locker one Detroit. I don't know if these are installed in thirds or not.
