Have you put the new pivot blocks on yet?

:headshake:

Tonight Bevin and I are going to install the new and improved Dave Wong Pivot Block v2 pivot blocks, so expect more on that later today

I supposes I could have added "onto our trucks"

Ok, without any readings from the O2 sensor, here is what I've got so far.

The low throttle, which is relating to CLOSED loop, is very very very easy to tune. Just watch the computer screen and adjust for the short term fuel correction. As for the high throttle, which is relating to the OPEN loop conditions, it is running VERY strong at 4000 and above, but I've got some nasty flat spot between 2000 to 3500 rpm that I can't seem to figure out. Right now I am using my, pardon my french, "Ass Dyno" to tune for OPEN loop conditions.

Perfect adjustments for CLOSED loop condition:

RPM      %Fuel Adj
1500   -1
2000   +0
2500   -1
3000   -1
3500   -1
4000   -1
4500   +0
5000   -1

High Curve:
1500   +0
2000   +0
2500   +1
3000   +0
3500   +1
4000   +2
4500   +3
5000   +2

Throttle Curve Setting (Relates to pedal position to assume CLOSED [low] or OPEN [high] conditions):
Low:  25%
High:  45%

So does it run any better? OH HELL YES! In fact, I was able to out pull Bevin getting onto the Freeway last night, which is something that, believe it or not, I have never been able to do, dispite the fact that I have about +3 boost and he has none. In other words, my engine is running stronger than it ever has before :yesnod: FINALLY!! :maddest:

MiniSimp,
We got Bevin's Pivot Blocks installed last night and they work AWESOME. We also designed a Pivot Block Lock-Out, that is aptly named the "B-Lane 5-2 Lock-Out" because it was invented by Bevin Lane, and it is a system of 5 on 5 bolts using 2 lockout bolts, 1 per each side. I'll have to post up pics later because I've gotta get going right now.

Pics and specs! I might place an order for a BL52LO when I install mine. Did you notice the new pivots are 2" tall? I'm hoping I break V2 so I can get the solid cut out V3.

Well Mike finally got frustrated that he'd been running a band-aided frame/steering box so he took the initiative and pulled it apart and plated it all up

at 10 pm last night on Dusy Ershim.  :talkingn:  :ha_ha:  :haha:   :hahaha:  :joke:

chatted w/ BigMike and Frankentoy up at MCR5 and they both said the same thing (somewhat)

They sucked at first until you break in the sidewalls then they're awesome!

From what I saw they performed VERY well, i'm actually thinking about getting them for my next tire.

Hey man, those KNUCKLE LIGHTS kick some serious butt!

I have found out that the bulbs have a short life span due to the vibrations, so I am thinking about mounting them to some sort of rubber or something..

Flip on the Knuckle Lights, turn the wheel right-to-left, and the light follows whereever you go
