6 Hole Arms Now In Stock
« on: Apr 17, 2005, 11:43:35 AM »

The first part of our 6 hole steering arm system is now here. We now have our 6 hole steering arms in stock. For those that are looking to purchase high steer and want to run the 6 hole arms. You can now purchase high steer with the 6 hole knuckles for just $85 more than our 4 hole kits.

So our $449 type 1 kit becomes $534 with 6 hole arms.
Our $429 Type 2 kit becomes $514 with 6 hole arms.

A pair of 6 hole arms is $295.

Matching 6 hole knuckles and shims are now in production and will be announced as soon as they become available.

We have everything in stock for the SAS kits except the 5" springs. We are expecting more 5" springs at the end of September. Keep in mind the 4" springs result in a 5" of lift due to the hangers and shackles.

We do not know when the Knuckles will be finished. Production samples are expected next week.

We received the first few production samples this week and they look great. We have just a couple of minor changes to make to them for final production. We are also moving forward with forged 6 stud steering arms to help reduce the costs involved. These arms will be similar to the cost of our current 4 hole forged arms!

I don't have exact dates but we expect to be shipping before the end of the year!

If the arms are new and uninstalled, yes we can swap the arms, you just pay the difference.

I first saw the Proto type of these arms during the jeepers jamboree... they are nothing short of stellar in my book!  More then a few guys with hydraulic assist high steer have sheered off the 4 bolt system, these will truly up the bar!

Many thanks to Marlin and his team, you guys rock (literally)!

I can see the studs still being the weak point on this set up. I think it would have been a much better idea if a Key was added like the Crane d60 knuckles have. I cant see that just adding 2 more studs will be the solution here.

With an almost 33% gain in holding strength .... please tell me why you still think this will be a weak point RUFF.
