Warn winch 8000 end cap is broke don't have a controller bring one and test it out $180
1981 pickup  home build dual case 35" tires "sold"
1986 4runner diamond axle, tg axle 37mtr elockers f/r dual case "sold"
1990 sr5 4runner sas  35 km2's e-lockers front and rear. "Sold"
1995 4runner vw1.9 diesel, diamond axle

Hey, so I wound up buying this winch from the person you sold it to.
Motor end cap has been repaired, but is there anything else I should look replacing/repairing on this winch before I put it to use?

I’m currently working in Germany, and don’t have much time to troubleshoot this winch. My father purchased it and mounted it to my truck. Any background or tips you can offer on this would be immensely helpful.
