Leaf Spring Upper Saddle Plates Source?

Hi all,

I am putting in new rear springs on my 1996 Tacoma, and being in MI, the upper plates are rotted to nothing, anyone know a source for these, besides the dealership, not the lower spring plates, the ones on top of the springs.
