At the moment the issue with not having plates is the lack of material in the US market. With the coming tariffs on foreign metals, many large conglomerates and investment firms have purchased large quantities of US metal, (including the grade and thickness aluminum that Marlin Crawler uses) and are holding on to it, either for their use or to wait for demand and price to go up to resell at a higher price. There is no material available through the normal channels at this time.
