The crank is actually the color-matching handle that you grab hold of to raise and lower the window.

Sent for the assembly from Amazon, they shipped it 200 miles south of my location and delivered it to someone else!
Haven't been able to get this resolved because of the a-holes running the place. Last time I ever buy from this place!!
