It has developed another issue. I just got finished rebuilding it, when I first started it, the engine ran ok, but it had no accessories connected. I connected all of the accesories, fired it up and it barely ran, it sputtered/missed below 2000 rpm and it bogged if I gave it more than 1/4 throttle, any ideas? Thanks.

Unplug the accessories, plug in one at a time. The one that causes the problem will be where you look further. See how much your alternator is putting out & double check grounds comes to mind also.
