Just a few days ago, I rebuilt my clutch master cylinder. The kit lacked a new o-ring to go beneath the fluid reservoir, so since I had no idea of what I was doing, I re-used the one that was there. Now I have just what I deserve... a leak!
Does anyone know what size of o-ring I need? I'd prefer to have one on hand before dismantling my MC, and I'd have to dismantle it to measure the O-ring. I'm not even convinced the one there was the right size: it seemed a little small.
I guess I'm now a little less ignorant and incompetent than I used to be. But sometimes, learning things the hard way is less than fun.
