OK I finally found one that switches over when it gets hot!
This is I think called a TVSV from a later model, looks a little different, but it does exactly the same thing and fits in the hole.
It hooks up the same way, the top vertical one to manifold vac, the bottom one is open when cold so you hook it to the AAP, the middle one is open when hot and goes the choke breaker. If you play with it you can figure it out.
