Did you use the entire wheel hub assemboy or just the locking hub part?

I just put the locking part on the truck seeing as it is still IFS.

luckily Friday night I had some time to dig into it and it was not off by 1/8" but more like 1/16".  this led me to find my error, I installed the hubs with RTV instead of gaskets. I had some knuckle rebuild kits in the garage for the SAS so I tried them with ne gaskets and they worked perfectly :wall: :wall:

Glad you figured it out.  Yep i was going to say make sure you use a hub rebuild kit .  I swapped over to maual lockouts on my 93 T100 and rebuilt them before hand and had no issues.
