Ammo box console
« on: May 23, 2016, 12:58:23 PM »
I saw a post where someone used a .50 caliber ammo box as a console and my Yota never had a console but, I sorely missed having one like in the modern 4 wheel automobiles so I shamelessly stole the idea for my own rig from a post I read saying to my self "Self, you have an ammo box collecting dust & rust. Do something cool with it Einstein."  :shades: so I did, it has the tow strap, 1st aid kit and one of my small plug in compressors.
The fire extinguisher mount is going to get changed as soon as I can afford a nice billet aluminum mount, crazy but, groovy.

I'm going to make my own cushioned arm rest with my industrial sewing machine, a small plank, some dense & soft foam and some pleather. My mother made me learn how to use her Singer sewing machine when I was about 12 years old and it has been a long time but, my wife came home with a heavy duty industrial sewing machine and I'm gonna use it.
