A possible bumper option.  It's a tube bumper with sheet metal to make it look better.

Triple gauge pilar from low tech showed up today.
One gauge installed, still waiting on the other two to arrive.
Looks like a quality part so far.
Decided to go with a/f ratio, mechanical coolant temp, and Onboard air system pressure gauge.

Now this is something very cool.
I was over visiting bestgen's previous owner and he gave me the original window tag for it.
Now here is the most amazing part....,
It was sold from the very Toyota dealer that I work at and have worked at for the last 13+ years.

Picked up this E-locker last week. Entire axle.
Bought it for $150
It was supposed to be 4.10 factory gears. Not chewed up Yukon 4.88  :_oops:
The spanner on the large bearing side backed off due to poor assemblie job.
Still fully rebuildable just has some battle scars where the pinion took a few nips at it.
Rebearing and regear and it will live on to crawl again.  :driving:

Next I am going to Install the LCE a/f controller I have been sitting on forever. I want that a/f ratio gauge making Pretty colors.  :hammer:

http://www.lceperformance.com/Pro-A-F-Tuning-Module-Mixture-Meter-p/1065030.htm

This one, I have used it before. It works good if you have a a/f gauge to monitor ratio.
Tricks the old Bosch AFC system Toyota used back then into richen or lean mixture based on a false coolant temp reading.

Sorry For the vertical Video. My Bad.
Finished Install on LCE a/f controller, and finished first tune.
I was going to show before and after, But I forgot to do the before.  :hammer:
I can tell you that the switching from rich to lean was significantly slower before the controller was installed.
It also tended to stay to the lean side in any off throttle situations. It has no question brought the engine closer to the "happy place" that we all strive to put our engine in.
The old 22re fuel computer is slow to respond, It will get better as I find the sweet spot.
For now its close enough. After all its just a big Toy
And as an FYI the temp Gauge is not finished. (waiting on a fitting) But yes the engine is fully warmed up.

The engine has a cam, header, oversize valves, and is less than 2 years old.
